The Water Management & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight of water hauling transportation, including dispatching, coordinating with PER departments and service providers, and managing storage capacity. This position will ensure environmental and safety compliance regulations associated with water transportation. The Water Management & Logistics Supervisor collaborates with all operational stages of oil and gas development related to water management.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position has the ability to work from the field (well sites) and remotely as needed, with occasional visits to PennEnergy’s corporate office. There is potential for work in areas containing outdoor weather conditions, including wet, humid, cold, heat, loud noise, vibrations, gases, fumes, mists, dust, and odors while working onsite in the field. Must provide own transportation and be licensed to operate a motor vehicle.
REGULAR SCHEDULE
This position has a regular schedule of weekday work hours that could be deviated from depending on operational needs. Extended hours may be needed on occasion to complete Company objectives. Travel up to 50% may be required to travel to work sites and the office. This position will be required to be on call or accessible for call outs beyond standard working hours.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT High School Diploma or equivalent
Additional Technical Courses and/or experience preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT 3+ years’ experience with hauling and transportation or logistics operations
Experience with oil and gas development preferred
3+ years’ operational experience with Pennsylvania regulations preferred

- Prepare daily work for hauling, disposal, and reuse service providers, such as schedules and driver routes, using routing software. Ensure all trucking companies have the appropriate bonded routes, particularly when moving to new sites.
- Communicate with water hauling vendors, municipalities, and contractors.
- Monitor all water hauling traffic, including fresh and impaired water, and implement transportation plans to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Track and organize new work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, and other information.
- Maintain water acquisition records and the amount transported to and from water service treatment and disposal facilities.
- Supervise and coordinate water operations including storage, transfer, quality adherence, aeration and hauling operations.
- Supervise production tanks and Modular Aboveground Storage Structures (MASS’s), tracking the movement of production water.
- Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards, specifically that water deliveries to and from the correct locations are being completed in a timely manner.
- Minimize spills and other incidents that could impact E&P operations.
- Identify emerging issues, prioritize, and communicate with the water management, completions, and production teams regarding water management issues and trends. Analyze worker or water production problems and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with managerial team, technical personnel, and other departments to resolve problems and coordinate activities.
- Occasionally oversee the labor and repairs required to support construction, drilling, completions, and production water management.
- Assist in fresh water sourcing and maintaining company assets.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Working knowledge of Pennsylvania regulatory requirements associated with horizontal well development and operations.
- Experience with regulatory compliance related to Water Management Plans and PA DEP reporting.
- Work experience with dispatching and knowledge of water hauling requirements.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and routing software.
- Experience with communicating to customers and service providers via email or telephone.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
